Thank you for shopping with The Needful. We do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, tour dates, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders over the posted threshold. Oversized, one-of-a-kind, or specialty items may be excluded from free shipping offers and may have separate shipping rates.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Please note that delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Needful Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Needful Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
